Heidi has worked as a social worker in the areas of hospice and home healthcare. Since 2007 she has worked as an Aging Life Care Manager. She is currently a member of Aging Life Care Association, the professional organization of Aging Life Care Managers.
When Heidi is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and two young grandchildren in Austin. She also enjoys film noir, bird-watching, and reading.

Education and Certifications
Heidi has a Master of Science degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, and she is a Certified-Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM). Heidi is also an LMSW -- Licensed Master Social Worker, which means she has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is licensed in the State of Texas.
